A plan belongs to an [organization](/dashboard/organizations/), and every site
in it runs on that plan. The Billing screen is for the organization's owner.
It shows the plan you're on, what you use against each of its limits, and the
plans side by side.

The limits are how many sites the organization has, how many members it has
besides the owner, whether a site can have a custom domain, how many languages
each site speaks, how much storage each site's files take, and whether
workflows and [Google Analytics reports](/dashboard/analytics/) are included. A limit per site is counted on the site that uses the
most. The screen has each plan's numbers.

## Changing plans

There's no card payment yet. **Ask for** under a plan, or **Write to us**,
opens an email to us, and we set the plan up for you.

## Reaching a limit

A change that would go past a limit is refused, whoever makes it: you on the
dashboard, your coding agent, or somebody accepting an invitation. The refusal
names the plan and what it includes.

When a plan stops covering something you already have, nothing is deleted.
It's switched off, and comes back as soon as the plan covers it again:

- A custom domain stops answering, and the site's Vizitka address is its main
  address again.
- Languages past the plan's count stop answering at their prefixes, such as
  `/uk/`.
- Workflows stop running, and their screens close.
- Google Analytics reports leave the dashboard. The connection stays, so they
  come back without connecting again.
- New uploads are refused, and the files already there stay.
- Sites past the plan's count are frozen. Visitors still see them, but nothing
on them can be changed, from the dashboard or by an agent, and the Overview
says why. The oldest sites are the ones the plan covers. The organization's
screens, notifications and transferring a site stay open, so you can get
back under the limit. So does taking things off a frozen site (its domain,
its files, or a language through your agent), so it can fit a smaller plan
before you move it. Its workflows don't run until the plan covers it again.
- Members past the count keep their access. Only new ones are refused.
